What are the Shipping options?

You pretty much have two shipping options. We can send tracked which costs more and arrives quickest. We can also send without tracking which is cheaper and slower but we will be unable to offer our Shipping Guarantees for Proper Seeds and Copycat Genetix.

What Shipping Service do you use?

9/10 we use Canada Post. This is to give you the best price for shipping. If you would like to use an alternative please let us know.

Do you ship stealth?

We don’t as standard but you can request this option free of charge at checkout. We prefer to not open original breeders packs as we don’t think any reputable Seed Bank should do so. However we may agree under certain circumstances.

Do you ship International?

For the most part we ship all over the world with a few obvious exceptions.

Do you offer a Shipping Guarantee?

Depending on which shipping service you pick we can offer Shipping Guarantees on select brands like Proper Seeds and Copycat Genetix. These guarantees are offered by the supplier themselves rather than us. We would like to offer Guarantees across the board by the culture is such right now that any Seed Bank doing that across multiple breeders will almost certainly run at a loss.

How soon after payment can I expect shipping.

While we always try our best to get your order out within 2-5 business days, we are a very small operation as as such, things do happen. From Post Office mix ups to Season Sales Rush, whatever happens we always make sure to compensate inconvenience with freebies!

How can I track my package?

You should have an email from us with your tracking information. If you do not have this within 5 working days, please give us an email.

Have you shipped my package yet?

Now we know how excited you are to get this beans going already. However if you’re asking this question within 5 days of paying for your order and you don’t have tracking already, the answer is more than likely no.

Please try and refrain from sending those ‘Have you sent my order from yesterday yet’ emails as replying to these daily takes up crucial time we could be spending getting orders sent out. If it’s been longer than 5 business days then please email us but you can be assured it’s only some extenuating circumstance that’s causing a slight delay.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, E-Transfer, Credit/Debit, BTC, Bank Transfer and good old Cash in the mail.

How do I make payment?

A member of our team will send you an email with instructions. If you don’t hear anything within 24 hours, please send us an email.

How long do I have to make payment?

You have 24 hours to make payment upon placing order or receiving your invoice to receive some thank you freebies. After that you lose out but can still make your payment. Rapid payment really helps us nail our Stock Counts down.

I am missing an item!

Damn that sucks. We have a process to ensure that when this happens, we can check against out photographic records to see how the package looked before being wrapped up. If you are missing a pack in our records then we are going to send you your missing pack out on the double! Send us an email.

What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of the game, we don’t accept returns for refunds.

My seeds didn’t germinate, can you help?

The simple answer; sometimes. Depends on the breeder and our relationship with them. Some breeders offer guarantees no matter what, they stand behind their product that much. If you would like to see more breeders adopt this as stand, lean on them and tell them so! Of course there are different cases where you will and won’t be liable for replacements, so it’s best to document to process and contact us with any issues.

Can you give me grow advice?

Due to the nature of the game, we cannot offer any grow advice.

I got my seeds now I will call my Credit Card company and report a scam to get a refund.


Heed our advice – don’t even think about it. We’re dead serious – the consequences won’t be quite what you’re imagining. If you’re contemplating this, prepare for the following:

As soon as your order is processed, our Credit Card Processor will share your IP address and every correspondence related to your order with your Credit Card company. This undeniable evidence establishes that you’ve indeed placed an order with us, a legally operating company.

Your Credit Card company will respond by reimbursing us and imposing fines on you. They might even slam the door shut on your account, and won’t hesitate to put you on the formidable Master Card blacklist. Trust us, that’s not a list you want to be on – it’s where those who’ve attempted credit card scams end up. Rebuilding your credit card standing won’t be easy.

That’s not all. We’re all part of a tight-knit seed bank community. If we catch wind of any funny business, your name will be on the “Blacklist” shared among us. So, if you’re thinking you can outsmart the Banks, think again – it’s not just us you’re going up against, you’ll never f*** the real Banks.

Let’s be real – is it worth it? We’re being upfront with you – Petty crime is a losing game.

Our advice? Don’t go down this road. The outcome won’t be what you think. Seriously, steer clear of this path. It’s just not worth the trouble for a weeks wage.

Can I have free seeds?

My pack went missing.

Give us an email and we will see what we can do.

My package has been sitting in …… for ……. days.

Unfortunately we cannot offer any information but what you see on the tracking. Sometimes packages can get frozen in one place for weeks, sometimes not updating the whole time until it arrives. It depends entirely on where you are. All we can say is 99% of all packages make it no problem. Those that do get seized by customs are very rare and you will usually receive a letter in the mail telling you of such and you can provide that to us.

Why does it say No THC on my packs?

Simply because there is no THC in your packs. Just seeds classed as ‘Hemp’. For all intents and purposes these are Bird Seed.

My package was opened by the Post Office.

It happens. We assume most of the time its wrongly assumed the packs do contain Cannabis and a naive Postal Worker takes them. There really isn’t much we can do besides contact your relevant Postal Services.
